Eligibility for Refund | 退款适用条件
Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products upon delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items | 不可退款项目
Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.Items purchased under clearance, promotion, or special discount (unless defective). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
因误用、未经授权改装或不当安装而导致损坏的商品。清仓、促销或特价购买的商品（除非存在质量问题）。运费不予退还。

Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order details.Our team will review your request and may ask for product photos/videos.If approved, you will be informed of the refund or exchange procedure. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
